Amarion III is not Urbasa´s property now.

A lot of British citizens bought a house in the small city of Almoradí, in Valencia. However, five years after the payment, the house is not built.

In fact, the house is not going to be built by Urbasa, which left the site alone and stopped more than two years ago. Now all Urbasa properties are suffering many arrests by tax authorities, individuals and providers.

However, the worst point is one question purchasers did not know: the plot where the promotion was to have place was bought from a vendor who got some money as part of the price, while he was waiting to have some houses in Amarion III as the rest of the price.

You know well Urbasa has not honoured its obligations, there is not real finished houses so the former owner took them to Court to have the plot back and he has won the case.

That is, that is all. The vendor has received back the property and now the site is not an Urbasa asset. The circle is absolutely round and the problem is absolutely huge.

Wow, from here in Australia, I did not realise that matters, were that bad in Spain.

If matters are that bad then would you be able to recommend regions within the country, that would/could offer bargains right now.

Prices are going down slowly, areas like Marbella are the ones that do not see this effect, as in that city urbanistic conditions are not clear.

However, you can find houses with good prices in Málaga centre, Benalmádena, Torremolinos... with a little of time, you can find a good purchase there.

Of course, do not forget to check contract, land registry and council info before paying money or signing any document.

As a so called "owner" of one of these properties, is it worth fighting to get my money back or just another a waste of time. I have lost 16,000 pounds and am so angry about how my dream has turned into a financial nightmare.

I do understand your concern and sadness. I know the situation, I am dealing with other buyers in this promotion. I am acting on their behalf in order to face the situation in the best way we can.

You are not alone, of course, other British purchasers are in your same position.

Please, send to me an e-mail and I will give you more details about your case, if you wish.

I know the owners of urbasa, they are still driving their mercedes 500 and bringing their children to a privat school. How can they do this owning so much money to a lot of people? I think this is not fair. Or the responsability is only for palmera and no blame for urbasa as Loli Ariza said to me?

I do think Palmera is responsible for part of the problem, that is something clear.

However, Urbasa has its own responsability, we can not forget building works must be carried out by Urbasa and now they are totally stopped.

And, of course is not a matter of "blaming" is a matter of "facts".

If we know facts, we know who is responsible for what.

Regards.
