I have watched. Oh, what a waste of time. I see they do not explain to you some interesting details you need to know: first of all, they do not give any reason to understand why a promotion with ninety houses is not all sold after six years it was marketed.

I can give to you some keys about it. As I have just said, the promotion was put in the market six years ago by Palmera Properties. Coniproje S.L. (part of Grupo Mirador) was the builder.

Building works have taken more than four years, building license procedure is absolutely irregular, houses are not as they were offered to the buyers, many abusing clauses and expenses are being charget to the buyers... you can imagine, in this situation,a lot of purchasers do not want to proceed with the hand over and title deeds signing, they are not able to support more troubles and worried about more matters. Nearly sixty buyers in ninety have not signed the purchasing deeds.

One last note: please, ask to the promoter or to the real state which offers you a house in Fuente de Piedra Phase I, by Coniproje, what happens with electricity service there. Claim for a real answer. They do not have one.
