I still remember that mortgages signing in Notaries... you were able to find the borrowers -married or about to be, young, happy, ignoring what they were doing-, their parents -guarantee needed to have the loan-, and the house -over valuation, of course-, apart from the seller -glad to sell so expensive- and the real state -VERY PLEASED OF SELLING SOOOOO EXPENSIVE-.
