Given Mr. Faura is not taking care of some communications from the Court (he has been called to have his statement and he does not attend), he was arrested yesterday at 9,30 h by National Police, while he was at home.
He was brought to National Police Station in Torre del Mar, where he spent nearly all the morning until he was brought to Vélez Court. In the Court, he was notified and warned about his statement at Málaga Court next week, regarding a new criminal claim against him, in which he has been charged with fraud for umpteenth time. He was released after that.
As you can see in the photo, he was really happy to be arrested and released. Life is nice with him, the low point is he is not so nice with the rest of the world.

It looks like Grupo Miradors website is no longer working.
Did he ever show up to give testimony in December?
I think is working now.
As long as I know, he has been giving it in some cases last month.
